Personal Insights
What matters most to us:
To be the most progressive and innovative real estate service company that creates sustainable value for our stakeholders.
What we learned:
The experience of taking the Assessment really dug deep into what our company does and how effective it can be. We have learned that our line of business communications needs to be far more open on a daily basis. For example, we are trying to make sure that our customer service platform is an open book where all employees can have eyes on everything that transpires within our buildings. If we can create systems that allow for this level of transparency, it will create a higher level of job satisfaction.
What we did as a result:
We have implemented Salesforce.com into our systems so that our employees can effectively document our day-to-day operations, including the environmental attributes of our buildings.
Features/Improvements we are looking forward to:
The ability to edit files inside of the Assessment. This will make it easy for multiple employees to collaborate on completing the Assessment.
